Minnesota Cambodian Communities Council (M3C)

Public & Government Service

Minnesota Cambodian Communities Council (M3C) was incorporated in 2014 by a dedicated group of Cambodians in the Twin Cities to develop a program to preserve and revive the rich culture of Khmer. Recognizing the economic, social, and cultural devastation faced by Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge rule, M3C has designed a program to educate and express Khmer identity through arts, dance, foods, and a literacy program in cooperation with other organizations. Starting 2014 M3C formed alliances with a variety of community and state organizations to collaborate on a number of programs and projects to benefit the Cambodian community. Additionally, M3C served as a host for several Cambodian visiting dignitaries over the past year.
