We at Gorkha Palace are delighted to bring you an eclectic range of authentic Nepali, Indian and Tibetan cuisine. We use high quality fresh ingredients sourced from local and sustainable farming such as Larry Schultz Organic Farm, Bushel Boy Farms, Organic Valley, Fischer Farms, Wild Idea Bison, Konstantin’s Garden, Co-op Partners, and Ferndale Farms. In fact more than 90% of our ingredients are organic. All spices are ground fresh in house. We are proud to be the first Indian/Nepali restaurant to go green by composting all the food waste, recycling and using compostable take-out containers.
