History

Albert K started work in industry restaurant from being a dishwasher, step to be a busser and had a dream to be a chef. until one day he got his dream to be a chef at authentic Japanese in NYC. he learned how to prepared all delicious food from scratch.

Many years later, he desires to mix authentic style that he learn from many restaurants, with his own style type of food to be modern fusion.

Zye K, his life partner, always support him all the way, then he got his next purpose. one day he had a bigger dream to have their own business. Albert K and Zye K finally made their bigger dream came true and happening together.
