Ms. Chang is the founder and President/CEO of BF Yang Company, LLC/Mo’s Tropical LLC, a tropical fruits and produce retailed and wholesale company located in North St. Paul, MN. Ms. Chang is also the founder and former Superintendent of the Community School of Excellence School District and has more than 30 years of experience in public education. Prior to starting CSE, Ms. Chang served on the senior management team of Saint Paul Public Schools as the district’s Charter School Liaison and Special Projects Coordinator in the Office of the Superintendent.
